Heart of Carnival

This fella, this fella V’ghn right here reaches deep into my soul to find the perfect combination. MSK Musik made it look (sound) easy, but throughout the track, there’s a rich blend of percussive elements, pan (oh, sweet pan), and brass!  All these powerful elements are present without overshadowing the sweet, simple, and superbly repetitive lyrics. The lyrics transport me to a J’ouvert in July and, in my opinion, would be best enjoyed on repeat as we travel from PoS to Mayaro or from San’do to Pt. Fortin for Borough Day.

The track is pure happiness and good vibes—it’s like a great massage for my ears!
